The management system offers a comprehensive platform designed to streamline internal shift scheduling, timesheet management, invoicing, payroll, communication, surveys, and other staffing needs. Its extensive feature set positions it as the central hub for all staffing operations.

Users begin by creating a detailed talent profile and completing an eight-step onboarding process, which then enables shift assignments. Once an application is submitted for an upcoming shift and approval is granted, the system provides full access to all relevant details and requirements needed for successful shift completion. On the day of the shift, workers can utilize the GPS Check In/Out function to record their attendance, along with break tracking capabilities.

Post-shift surveys may be prompted to gather feedback on the overall experience, highlights, and areas for improvement. Following shift completion, work hours are automatically recorded and integrated into the invoicing system, facilitating payroll processing without manual input.

For inquiries regarding upcoming shifts, users can communicate directly with team leaders through the in-app messaging feature. Push notifications are also available for real-time updates, provided notifications are enabled.
